Privacy Policy
Your training stays on your iPhone unless you choose to back it up. No ads, no tracking, never sold.
Offline first
Workouts, runs, meals, fasts and settings are stored on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Every training feature works without an account.
If you create an account
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your email address, an account ID, and the workouts, routines and plan you back up, so you can restore them on a new device.
Club
If you use Club, your handle, name, photo, squads, messages and class attendance are shared with the people you train with. Live class video and audio stream in real time through LiveKit and are not recorded.
Apple Health
With your permission, LIFTQ reads sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, active energy and body weight, and saves finished workouts to Apple Health. Health data is processed on your device and is never uploaded, sold or used for advertising.
Location
During a run, ride or walk, LIFTQ uses your location to measure distance, pace and route. Routes are saved only on your iPhone.
Notifications
Meal, fasting and rest reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off at any time.
Purchases
LIFTQ Plus is billed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
What we never do
No ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
Where backups live
Backups are stored with Supabase, our cloud provider, and encrypted in transit. Only your signed-in account can read them.
Your choices
Export your data from You → Export data. Delete your account and everything backed up to it at any time from You → Account → Delete account.
Children
LIFTQ is not directed to children under 13.
